BELVIDERE — The Boone County Fair returns Tuesday with six days of livestock shows, carnival rides, live music, food, vendors and new entertainment. Fair Board member Thomas Ratcliffe said this year’s fair will feature two rodeos on Saturday, along with the return of Friday night’s popular bull riding and barrel racing.
“Everybody come out and have a great time. It’s gonna be six big days of a lot of fun.”
The fair will also include more than 3,000 head of livestock, about 6,000 home economics exhibits, commercial vendors and a variety of local and regional musical acts. Information about the fair schedule is available on the Boone County Fair website and social media pages.
