
SuperHits 93.5 Celebrates 60 Years On The Air.
The public is invited to celebrate SuperHits 93.5 60 years on the air, Sunday September 20th 12pm-4pm at The Flight Deck Bar & Grill and Chicagoland Skydiving Center in Rochelle. The day will feature a big classic car show with the Hub City Motor Club, during the car show SuperHits 93.5 welcomes Butch Patrick AKA the real Eddie Munster from the 1960s CBS TV Show The Munster’s on site, signing autographs and displaying The Munster Koach & Dragula.
The day will also include LIVE music from the band Incredible 45’s, ice cream truck with Roiel Scoop, BBQ with Ralfie’s BBQ and Catering, great food and drinks from The Flight Deck Bar and Grill, watch the skydivers, prizes, trip giveaway, special guests and more! All FREE to attend.

History: WRHL-AM 1060 began broadcasting September 16, 1966, running 250 watts during daytime hours only. The station was originally owned by Tilton Publications. In 1970, the station was sold to Rochelle Broadcasting Company. In 1994, the station added nighttime operations, running 20 watts. In 1995, the station’s nighttime power was increased to 50 watts on AM 1060. In 2019 WRHL-AM added an FM signal at 93.5 FM, on December 28th 2019 becoming SuperHits 93.5 as it’s known today.
