GENOA — A 22-year-old Genoa man is dead following a three-vehicle crash in DeKalb County. Authorities say Joshua Kleba was killed in the accident on Wednesday on Route 23 near Melms Road. Four others, including an infant, were hospitalized. Investigators determined the crash was caused by a driver who didn’t yield at an intersection before crashing into a truck. The two vehicles then crashed into Kleba’s vehicle. The crash remains under investigation.
