MILLBROOK — A four-year-old girl is among three Iowa people killed in a Kendall County crash. The two-vehicle accident happened on Friday night on Route 71 near Walker Road in Millbrook. Five people were taken to the hospital, where three died. The victims were identified as Amy Lee Witter, James Witter and a four-year-old girl. The crash remains under investigation by the Illinois State Police.
