ROCHELLE – The City of Rochelle is searching for their next City Manager to serve as its chief administrative officer, providing leadership and oversight for municipal operations and programs. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in public administration, business, law, or a related field, with a master’s preferred, and five to seven years of executive-level local government experience. The City Manager will work with the City Council, staff, residents, businesses, and community organizations to deliver municipal services, manage an annual budget of about $120 million, and oversee 12 direct reports.
