ROCHELLE — The Rochelle Chamber of Commerce has announced a ribbon cutting ceremony for a new downtown pocket park on Thursday, May 28. The event will begin at 12:30 p.m. on 4th Avenue in Rochelle across from the Flagg Township Museum. Pocket Park is a newly built community space created to revitalize the downtown area following the demolition of a condemned building.
