CHICAGO — Governor Pritzker will be signing two bills into law designed to protect Illinois consumers from unfair home and auto insurance rates. Both measures give the Illinois Department of Insurance the authority to review and reject unfair auto and home insurance rates. The signing will take place in Chicago.
