BLOOMINGTON — The IAA Foundation awarded $668,150 in grants to Illinois Agriculture in the Classroom programs across 89 counties, including Ogle, DeKalb and Lee. The funding supports classroom lessons, materials and training that connect students to agriculture during the 2025-2026 school year. Last year, the program reached more than 640,000 students and 36,000 teachers statewide. The IAA Foundation, the charitable arm of the Illinois Farm Bureau, raises money each year to support ag literacy programs, teacher resources and educational events that promote awareness of agriculture’s role in everyday life.
