The Ogle County Sheriff’s Office released the following arrests, traffic enforcement actions and crash investigations from July 1 through July 31, 2026. The information is taken directly from sheriff’s office media releases. All charges are allegations, and all defendants are presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
July 1
Traffic arrest: Victoria Barrile, 27, of DeKalb, arrested for DUI of alcohol and drugs after a motorist assist near East Illinois Route 38 and South East Line Road. Additional citations were issued.
Violation of an order of protection: David Rossi, 37, of Rochelle, arrested following an investigation in the 6100 block of South Judy Lane.
Single vehicle crash with minor injuries on West Camp Road involving a 16-year-old driver.
Single vehicle crash near Town Line and Cedar roads involving a 16-year-old driver cited for violating graduated driver’s license restrictions.
July 2
Traffic arrest: Lazaro Mario Fundichely-Duoueene, 50, of Rockford, arrested for driving while license suspended.
Traffic arrest: Jose D. Perez-Montelongo, 54, of Rockford, arrested for driving without a valid license.
Two vehicle crash on Illinois Route 72. Crystal Crumpacker, 44, of Davis Junction, cited for failure to reduce speed.
July 3
Warrant arrest: Marc A. Irvin, 38, of Mount Morris.
Single vehicle rollover with minor injuries near Mount Morris. No citations issued.
Joseph A. Myers, 28, of Monroe Center, arrested for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and disorderly conduct.
July 4
Nicholas K. Kennaugh, 27, of Rockford, arrested for DUI after driving into a creek at White Pines State Park.
Ethan R. Rogers, 56, of Leaf River, arrested on an Ogle County warrant.
Brian P. Bull, 44, of Oregon, arrested for domestic battery.

Larry Barnes, 37, of Forreston, was arrested for driving while license revoked and on a Lee County contempt of court warrant. Additional traffic citations were issued.
July 16
Two vehicle crash on North Adeline Road. Rachel R. Guthrie, 34, of Janesville, Wisconsin, was arrested for DUI. She was also cited for leaving the scene of a property damage crash and failure to reduce speed. No injuries were reported.
July 18
Gerardo Vidals, 52, of Rochelle, was arrested for driving while license suspended. Additional citations were issued.
Jose A. Valecillos Calderon, 21, of Mount Morris, was arrested for driving without a valid license.
David N. York, 41, of Arlington Heights, was arrested for aggravated battery to a police officer and resisting or obstructing a peace officer.
DUI crash on West Grove Road. Austin R. Schramm, 26, of Rockford, was arrested for DUI. Multiple traffic citations were issued.
July 19
Zackary M. Christensen, 27, of Long Point, was arrested for driving while license suspended.
July 21
Alyssa J. Perkins, 32, of Leaf River, was arrested for DUI. Additional citations were issued.
Sean Maxwell, 38, of Woosung, was arrested on an Ogle County battery warrant.
July 22
Jerri L. Burger, 60, of Mount Morris, was arrested for financial exploitation of an elderly person following a lengthy investigation.
Joshua S. McQuality, 49, of Leaf River, was arrested for disorderly conduct after deputies determined a reported shooting was false.
Sarah J. Schwartz, 40, of Oregon, was arrested for DUI of drugs, possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
July 24
Stephen F.J. Brewster, 24, of Polo, was arrested for possession of adult use cannabis outside an approved container. Additional citations were issued.
July 25
Alexis N. Arredondo, 28, of Loves Park, was arrested for DUI following a single vehicle crash on Illinois Route 72.
Laura Wheeler, 40, of Dixon, was cited after being stopped for driving 121 mph in a 55 mph zone. She was also cited for disobeying a no passing zone.
Justina R. Otto, 35, of Forreston, was arrested for driving while license suspended. Additional citations were issued.
July 26
Two vehicle hit and run crash on West Pines Road. Zander M. Dearborn, 18, of Dixon, was arrested for driving without a valid license. Multiple citations were issued.
A 16 year old juvenile was arrested for domestic battery following a disturbance on South Ridge Road.
Two vehicle crash on Illinois Route 64. Juan A. Delgado, 62, of Aurora, was cited for improper lane usage and failure to reduce speed.
July 27
Roman Kropivko, 42, of Buffalo Grove, was arrested for driving while license suspended. Additional citations were issued.
A 17 year old driver was involved in a vehicle versus deer rollover on Macklin Road. No citations were issued.
July 31
Laroy L. Weekly Jr., 56, of Freeport, was arrested in Forreston for DUI of drugs, aggravated DUI with no valid license and operating a motor vehicle with no valid license. Additional citations were issued.
Anna M. Simon, 51, of Rockford, was arrested for driving while license suspended following a traffic stop near Rochelle. Additional citations were issued.
