Ogle County Fair Plans Five Days of Grandstand Action and Family Entertainment in Oregon

OREGON – The 2026 Ogle County Fair will run July 29 through August 2 at the fairgrounds in Oregon, featuring five days of entertainment, agricultural events and youth programs highlighted by tractor pulls, rodeo action, demolition derby and a monster truck show. Ground attractions will include daily activities such as pig races, reptile shows, camel rides and chainsaw carving demonstrations. Fair officials say the grandstand schedule will feature a full lineup of evening events throughout the week. “Our big attractions for our grandstand, Wednesday we have an action-packed night with mini rods, garden tractors, and stock tractors. And then Thursday night we have the Illini State Pullers truck and tractor pulls,” said Rachel Safranek from the Ogle County Fair Board. Other grandstand events include a bucking bulls rodeo on Friday, a demolition derby on Saturday and a monster truck show on Sunday. Fair officials say additional activities will include carnival rides, a pageant and community events, with unlimited ride wristbands available with general admission.
