NIU has extended the contract of head baseball coach Ryan Copeland through the 2032 season.
The Huskies are coming off a program record 36 wins this past season. This included winning the MAC Post Season Baseball Tournament and qualifying for the NCAA Tournament for the first time since 1972.
NIU ended the seasons with a record of (36-19) and 1 win in the NCAA Tournament.
Copeland has won 78 games in his first 3 seasons with the Huskies.
