DIXON — The Lee County Farm Bureau will host a Nutrient Stewardship Field Day on June 27 from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Niles Township, featuring the grand opening of a new pollinator retention basin. Organizers said the project was supported by the Lee County Farm Bureau, Niles Township and the Illinois Farm Bureau Adopt a Legislator program and will serve as a space for conservation education and community gatherings.
