SPRINGFIELD — Hunters in Illinois can take part in a variety of hunting and trapping seasons this November, including firearm deer season Nov. 21‑23 and Dec. 4‑7, muzzleloader deer season Dec. 12‑14, and upland game seasons such as pheasant and quail starting Nov. 1. Detailed regulations, reporting requirements, and lottery results are available on HuntIllinois.org. The Illinois Department of Natural Resources will also be holding wingshooting clinics in Cass, Henry, and Iroquois counties throughout November. The clinics are open to hunters of all skill levels, with schedules and registration information available on the IDNR website.
