ROCHELLE – A 30-year-old man authorities described as homeless was arrested Sunday morning for indecent exposure. The Rochelle Police Department says Logan Buckwalter was in the 400 block of West State Route 38 when an eyewitness called police. Buckwalter was given a court date and released with a notice to appear.
