DEKALB — The J.F. Glidden Homestead & Historical Center will host “Restoring Heritage: The Glidden Barn Revival” on Sunday, January 11, as part of its 2026 Soup-er Sundays winter lecture series. The program begins at 12 p.m. and includes complimentary soup and guided tours of the historic homestead. Admission is five dollars and free for members. Historic preservationist Roger Keys will present on efforts to restore the Glidden Barn, part of the homestead listed on the National Register of Historic Places. The homestead is open Sundays from 12 to 4 p.m.
