ROCHELLE — Ogle County Sheriff’s deputies arrested a 40 year old Chicago man Thursday around noon during an overweight investigation involving a commercial tractor trailer in the 8800 block of North Illinois Route 251. Deputies took the driver into custody on an Ogle County warrant for failure to appear on an outstanding overweight citation. He was also cited for being 12,000 pounds overweight. The man was taken to the Ogle County Jail, posted bond, and was released with a future court date.
