The Blackhawks overcame a three-goal first period deficit to beat the Ducks 5-3 at home.
Tyler Bertuzzi, Ryan Greene and Colton Dach scored to tie the game for Chicago before Connor Bedard scored the final two tallies in the third period. Spencer Knight allowed three goals on 26 shots between the pipes.
The Blackhawks snapped a five-game skid to improve to 11-9-and-5 this season.
Cutter Gauthier, Olen Zellweger and Chris Kreider scored to give Anaheim an early lead in the setback. Petr Mrazek allowed three goals on 16 shots before leaving with an injury and his replacement Ville Husso allowed the winning goal.
The Ducks have lost three of their last six to fall to 15-9-and-1 on the year.
The Blackhawks will play in Las Vegas on Tuesday night.
