ROCHELLE — The City of Rochelle says the intersection of North Main Street and 5th Avenue will close during daytime hours beginning today for stormwater construction. Officials said the closure will be intermittent and is expected to continue through the end of the week. Drivers are advised to use alternate routes during work hours.
