13-Year-Old Shot In Rockford

ROCKFORD  —  Authorities are investigating after a 13-year-old was shot in Rockford.  Police say the shooting happened Saturday night in the one-thousand block of Harlem Boulevard.  The shooting stems from a domestic incident.  The victim was sent to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
