Wild Neighbors Beaver Program Coming to Oregon

OREGON – University of Illinois Extension will offer a free educational program focused on beavers on Wednesday, February 11th at 10 a.m. at the Rock River Center in Oregon. The program will explain how beavers live, why they change landscapes, and how they affect water and wildlife habitat. Extension Educator Peggy Anesi will lead the session and discuss how beavers interact with people and the environment across Illinois. The program is free but registration is required and seats can be reserved by calling the Rock River Center at 815-732-3252.
