ROCHELLE — Westbound traffic on Interstate 88 at Mitchell Road, between I-39 and Steward Road and between Chicago Avenue and the Canadian National Railroad, will be reduced to one lane starting at 7 p.m. tonight, October 9. All lanes are expected to reopen by 6 a.m. Friday, October 10.
