ROCKFORD – A 28-year-old Rockford man faces charges following a drug bust in Winnebago County. Authorities say the Winnebago County Sheriff’s Office, the DEA and FBI executed search warrants yesterday in the 1800 block of 7th Street and the 800 block of Brooke Road. Deputies seized more than 54-kilograms of cocaine, which has a street value of about two-million-dollars. Marcial Arteaga-Carrion was arrested on drug and gun charges.
