Two Dead In Officer Involved Shooting At Dubuque Bar

DUBUQUE, IA —  An investigation is underway after two people were killed in an officer-involved shooting at a Dubuque bar.  Police say an officer witnessed a fight early yesterday outside of the Odd Fellows bar.  A man shot another person.  The officer then shot the gunman, leaving him dead.  The victim was also pronounced dead at the hospital.
