The Bears organization is seeking feedback from season ticket holders about a possible move to Northwest Indiana.
The survey submitted by team executives are asking questions like what they would be willing to pay for seats at a new dome in Hoosier territory.
The Bears conducted a similar survey last year about a potential stadium in suburban Arlington Heights.
Last weekend, NFL commissioner Roger Goodell joined team chairman George McCaskey and President Kevin Warren on tours of the Arlington Heights property, along with two possible Indiana locations.
