STILLMAN VALLEY – The Stillman Valley Village Board this week approved the fiscal year 2027 budget and approved an engineering proposal for rehabilitation of the Well 3 pump with a not to exceed cost of $10,100. The board also addressed a non compliance complaint at 341 East Roosevelt Street. Trustees held first readings on proposed ordinances covering sidewalk installation on vacant lots, short term rentals, and mobile food vehicles, which will return for discussion and possible action at the February 9, 2026, regular meeting. A proposed ordinance regulating tobacco sales shops was approved by the board and will be placed on the agenda for the February 26, 2026, Zoning and Planning Commission meeting.
