DIXON — Downtown Dixon will be filled with fall fun today as the Scarecrow Festival runs from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. across six city blocks with more than 100 vendors, food trucks, games, pumpkin painting, live music and decorated scarecrows. The Pumpkin Derby begins at 1 p.m. on Hennepin Avenue with divisions for youth, families, adults and businesses.
