FORRESTON — A 25-year-old Savanna woman was taken to Freeport Memorial Hospital with non-life-threatening injuries Tuesday morning after her vehicle rolled over on the 13,000 block of West Pit Road north of Forreston. The Ogle County Sheriff’s Office said the woman was driving east when she reportedly hit a patch of ice, lost control, and skidded into the south ditch before overturning. Forreston Fire and EMS assisted at the scene. No citations were issued.
