Rochelle Updates Authorized Bank Signers

ROCHELLE — The Rochelle City Council last Monday approved an update to the city’s authorized bank signer list following a change in the city manager position. The city maintains multiple bank and investment accounts with Central Bank, First State Bank, Holcomb Bank, Stillman Bank, IMET and the Illinois Funds for all departments, including Rochelle Municipal Utilities and the police department. As part of the update, Jeff Fiegenschuh was removed as an authorized signer and Sam Tesreau was added as acting city manager. Rose Hueramo will continue to serve as city clerk, Matt Hoffman as finance director and John Bearrows as mayor on the authorized signer list.
