ROCHELLE — The Rochelle Police Department will participate in National Drug Take Back Day on October 23 from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Officers will be stationed in front of the police department at 416 N. Sixth Street to collect unused, expired, or unwanted prescription medications for safe disposal. Needles and liquids will not be accepted.
