Rochelle Council Expands Liquor License Eligibility Radius

ROCHELLE — The Rochelle City Council last week approved a change to remove the rule that liquor license applicants live within city limits. The amendment maintains all other eligibility requirements while giving more flexibility to business owners seeking to comply with licensing. It was noted that there were a number of licenses that were approved in the past that were approved from those not living in Rochelle.
