Pritzker Requests Illinois Accountability Commission to Examine Key Trump Officials

CHICAGO –  Governor Pritzker is requesting the Illinois Accountability Commission to examine the impact of the conduct and decisions made by Trump Administration officials during Operation Midway Blitz.  The request follows the demotion of Customs and Border Patrol Commander Greg Bovino, who was a central figure leading federal deployments in the Chicago area.  Other officials include Secretary of Homeland Security Kristi Noem, White House Deputy Chief of Staff for Policy Stephen Miller, and Border Czar Tom Homan.  Pritzker established the commission to create a public record of federal law enforcement misconduct.
