Polo Police Warn Residents About Jury Duty Phone Scam

POLO — The Polo Police Department is warning residents about a phone scam reported this week in which a caller claimed to be from the department and contacted someone about jury duty. Police say the department does not contact individuals about jury duty. Residents are urged to verify who they are speaking with before sharing personal information over the phone.
