POLO – The Rock River Valley Blood Center will host a blood drive today at Cross Roads Church, located at 205 N. Jefferson Avenue, in Polo from 2 p.m to 6 p.m. Donors are encouraged to reserve a time slot by visiting RRVBC.org, although walk-ins are always welcome. Maggie Anderson, Marketing and Recruitment Specialist with the Rock River Valley Blood Center, said giving blood is part of a larger cause that helps regional healthcare.
“By donating blood to Rock River Valley Blood Center, you help strengthen the lifesaving network that serves our community,” she said.
