Planned Parenthood of Illinois Vows to Continue Services Despite Medicaid Funding Cuts

CHICAGO – Planned Parenthood of Illinois pledges to continue offering all its services despite the “defunding” approved in the so-called “big, beautiful bill” President Donald Trump got through Congress. The bill restricts Medicaid reimbursements to nonprofit abortion providers. Planned Parenthood said almost 30,000 of their clients in Illinois use Medicaid to access services.
