Pegasus Special Riders Names New Executive Director

OREGON — Pegasus Special Riders has named Sheri Frakes as its new executive director. A longtime Rochelle area resident, Frakes began her career at an Arabian horse farm, where she developed her horsemanship skills before moving into the healthcare field. She later returned to working with animals and now lives on a five acre farm where she cares for three horses, goats, and five dogs. Frakes said she is committed to helping others build meaningful relationships with their horses and looks forward to leading Pegasus Special Riders as the organization continues providing therapeutic equestrian experiences for children and adults with special needs.
