ROCHELLE – The Flagg-Rochelle Community Park District reported strong participation in fall programs, including women’s volleyball, rec soccer, little hoops basketball, and Halloween-themed activities. At the Monday night board meeting Recreation Director Maureen Stevens highlighted upcoming events like the Trick-or-Treat Safe House and a winter coat drive by the Community Action Network. She also reported that after an inspection, the cables holding three basketball hoops and four curtains were in need of replacing. Stevens said repairs are estimated to cost around $9,250.
