Oregon Downtown Trick or Treat to Feature 28 Businesses

OREGON — Twenty-eight local businesses will welcome families for downtown Oregon’s trick or treat event Saturday, Oct. 24, from noon to 3 p.m. Oregon Main Street Director Destini Benish says the event gives families a chance to enjoy Halloween activities while visiting local businesses, with additional trunk or treat stations planned in the City Hall parking lot for businesses outside the downtown area.

“Some of these businesses have participated in a trick or treat or event in the past,” Benish said. “Some are new this time around, so excited to have it.”

The event is open to families, and children are encouraged to wear their Halloween costumes. More information is available at visitoregonil.com.
