Oregon City Council to Approve Demolition of 131 South 3rd Street

OREGON – Oregon city officials approved a contract for the demolition of the residence and garage at 131 South 3rd Street. Two proposals were received, with Steve Benesh & Sons offering the lowest bid of $36,780 and a completion timeline of two weeks after utility locates are finished. The alternative bid from Martin & Company Excavating was $38,900 with a completion date of December 15, 2025.
