LEAF RIVER — Deputies with the Ogle County Sheriff’s Office responded Saturday afternoon to a motorcycle crash in a picked cornfield northwest of Pond and Mulberry Roads. A 42-year-old man from Woodstock reportedly lost control of his motorcycle and was thrown off while riding in the field. He was treated by Leaf River EMS and taken to a local hospital with non-life threatening injuries. No citations were issued.
