MONROE CENTER – Seal coating work on Mulford Road north of Illinois Route 72 is scheduled to start around 11 a.m. Friday, June 27, and the road will be closed to through traffic. Drivers heading between Monroe Center and Winnebago County should plan to take a different route. Local traffic will still have access, but the closure will move throughout the day as crews work along the road.
