MOUNT MORRIS — A 29-year-old Mount Morris man was arrested Monday after the Ogle County Special Operations Unit executed a search warrant at his apartment and found purported methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia. The Ogle County Sheriff’s Office says Joshua S. McQuality faces charges of delivery of methamphetamine, possession of less than five grams of methamphetamine, and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was taken to the Ogle County Jail and released on a Notice to Appear with a future court date.
