Motorcyclist Identified In Fatal Sycamore Crash

SYCAMORE – Authorities have identified the motorcyclist killed in Sunday’s crash on DeKalb Avenue as 21-year-old Turki Alezemi of DeKalb. Sycamore Police said officers and firefighters responded around 4 p.m. to the 1700 block of DeKalb Avenue, where a motorcycle and an SUV collided. Alezemi, the motorcycle’s operator, was pronounced dead at the scene. The crash remains under investigation, and anyone with information is asked to contact the Sycamore Police Department.
