A Cubs legend is hanging up his cleats.
Starting pitcher Kyle Hendricks announced his retirement from Major League Baseball.
Hendricks played with the Cubs from 2014 until 2024 and was a key part of their 2016 World Series-winning team. He was 97-and-81 with a 3.68 ERA in 276 career appearances with the Northsiders.
