BROADVIEW — Criminal charges are dropped by the Department of Justice against three people arrested late last month, linked to protests outside the ICE facility in west suburban Broadview. The defendants are Jocelyn Robledo, Ray Collins, and Hubert Mazur. Robledo and Collins were found to be carrying loaded firearms. Both were lawfully permitted to carry weapons. The dismissal was granted without prejudice, allowing the government 30 days to refile charges and to again seek indictment.
