DIXON – Discover Dixon will host a free visit with Santa and Mrs. Claus from 5 to 7 p.m. Friday, Dec. 12, at Old Settlers Cabin, 115 Lincoln Statue Drive. The event is presented by Community State Bank with support from Discover Dixon’s 2025 Event Season Pinnacle Sponsors, Raynor Garage Doors and Sauk Valley Bank, and is made possible in partnership with the Lee County Historical and Genealogical Society. Visitors can also enjoy the holiday lights at Presidents Park, a seasonal display presented by the Dixon Park District, the City of Dixon, and Discover Dixon.
Jennifer Lang of Discover Dixon said “It’s right there at President’s Park where the big Christmas display is there. 25 foot Christmas tree. Of course, Mrs. Claus does bring the naughty and nice book, join us on December 12th, five to seven.”
