DeKalb To Accept Land Donation For Transit Center

DEKALB — The City Council approved an amended annexation agreement with the Stathis Family Limited Partnership for the donation of three acres near Normal and Dresser roads to support the new DeKalb Transit Center. The deal also grants a 40-foot easement for a pedestrian and bike path connecting the DeKalb County Health Department to Dresser Road and extends the agreement through 2053.
