DEKALB – Barb City Manor will host its Light Up the Manor kickoff party Saturday from 4 to 7 p.m. at 680 Haish Blvd. The event will feature live music, kids games, refreshments, a resale shop, and photo opportunities, with a sponsor recognition and lighting ceremony at 6:30 p.m. Residents, families, and community members are invited to attend and enjoy holiday decorations including large illuminated snowmen, penguins, and memorial angels.
