ROCHELLE — The Flagg Township Museum will host its annual Dark Stories Walking Tour at 6:30 p.m. Friday, Oct. 30, starting at the museum at 518 Fourth Ave. The free, all ages event will feature Terry Dickow sharing spooky stories, local legends and the haunted history of downtown Rochelle.
Museum Director Jan DeVore said the tour will include new stories and changes from last year’s event.
“He will be doing it again this year. We’ve talked to him about it and he has made some adjustments and added and subtracted to what they did last year,” Devore said.
The walking tour will cover a two to four block area around downtown, with some stories also focusing on the museum building. No registration is required, and donations are welcome.
