CRESTON — Creston will celebrate America’s 250th with a block party on Main Street on July 17th featuring live music by River Ratz, a beer garden, and more. The event will take place after the Library celebrates the end of the summer reading program with a color fun run.
“The Village of Creston, plus all the local businesses in town are doing a Celebrate 250 America. We’re gonna have the River Rats performing. Also we’re gonna have the Headons food trailer. The Moose Knuckle’s gonna have a beer garden open, and then we’re gonna have a good old party down here.,” said Creston Village Trustee Mark Hibshman
Organizers are inviting residents and visitors to gather downtown for an evening of food, music and community celebration starting at 5:30 p.m.
