ROCKFORD — A doctor from Chicago who is charged with the murder of his ex-wife and her husband in Ohio is waiving his right to an extradition hearing. Michael McKee appeared yesterday in court in Winnebago County, where he has been in custody since being arrested Saturday in Rockford. He is accused of shooting and killing Spencer and Monique Tepe on December 30th in their home in Columbus Ohio. The Winnebago County sheriff’s office will coordinate his return to Ohio. McKee is listed as a surgeon at OSF St. Anthony Medical Center in Rockford.
